#94 Let Go

When you say or do something
That makes me mad
I tell myself to let it go
When you yell and make threats
And I want to yell back
I take a moment to compose myself
Sometimes
Even when something
Is worth fighting over
I know it's not worth the fight
Of course it isn't always that way
I slip sometimes too
Because I held on
I clung to the hope
That maybe things would change
But I let it go.
