Lidi is all about personal and community healing. We believe that honesty about the inner and outer issues people tackle every day is the key to helping everyone thrive.
The main part of our startup is wellness advocacy, which happens through content creation such as LidiLit and in-person mentorship. The second part is our Community Development Program or Dream Team. This is how we give back and pay it forward by helping entrepreneurs with barriers to achieve their dreams. Whether someone is managing homelessness, immigrating, disabilities, community rehabilitation, and more, we believe that anyone can be an entrepreneur. Actually, people with barriers are the ones uniquely qualified to put compassion first in their endeavors.
This project is looking for Outreach Volunteers who can help develop the program and guide clients toward their goals.
We are also hiring part-time, contract, Marketing, HR, and Program Development Assistants to help us make our startup successful, and also provide support to our Community Development project. These positions are in-person in Calgary with some work-from-home assignments. Once things are more established, we hope to hire regular staff. Could that be you?
