#53 A Prayer For Help

Please help me, I'm in trouble
I don't know what to do 
I've been backed into a corner
And now I turn to You.

Everyone was doing it
Convinced me it was cool 
Now I'm in the hospital 
For once wishing it was school 

This is getting out of hand
My emotions are too much
But I don't want to share my load
I flinch from the slightest touch. 

I never thought it would happen to me
But now that it has
I'm not sure how long I can cope 
How much longer I can last

Please help, I am in trouble
I just want to be free
I'm begging on my knees, Lord
Please, please help me.

    1. I’m glad the emotions came through, and sorry for your pain! Funny that none of these things were actually happening to me as a preteen (I was a pretty golden goodie two shoes) but now I can really understand more of what I was going method about back then.
