Dark hour

I saw an angel today

Though when I looked she was gone

I swear I saw her flying where

The rainbows turn to grey clouds

And the sun don’t shine down

And I thought to myself , “Okay,

I’ll believe in angels for today.”

I saw an angel today

Though when I looked she was gone

I swear I saw her singing there

Where the darkness turns to blue skies

And the rainbows shine down

And I thought to myself,

“I’ll always believe in angels now!”
