#132 At Last, the Goodbye

We're going back to the way things were
Before the nightmare started
It's over now, we're waking up
And we are broken hearted

So back you go to where you came
Pack your bags and go away
You'll never be back
Because of the past, you can't stay

All the pain of all the years
Washed away in a flood of tears
So which way will you go?
The path of hatred forks off here

The time is now to start again
And it went so fast
The truth is there staring back at you
Scattered in the shattered glass

I know that I'll see you again
I don't know where
And I don't know when
But I'll wait till then

All the rain is dry and gone
Say goodbye
To the awful and wrong
Adieu and so long.
