The smell of the ocean Is carried around on a breeze That whistles and whispers Through swaying palm trees They sit together Watching the sunset Paint the evening sky Shades of gold and red But then their eyes meet And they are lost in an embrace Her arms around his neck His hands cupping her face Soon the stars and moon came out And the lovers must say good-bye But heaven knows they were back together The very next night.
