You’re gone

And so is the sun

You have the moon and the stars

In your hand

I know

I will survive

But I only come alive—

When you smile

I smile

Your heart is my heart

And my hands are your hands

I cry

Whenever you cry

No matter how far apart

Because we’re always in my heart

I hear music

And so I sing

But it’s a worthless song

Unless you sing along

I see colours

And shades of grey

But it all fades away

When you’re gone
