This is a contract position that will be evaluated on a month-to-month basis to ensure there is a good fit between you and the client. Hours will be casual to start, somewhere between 10-15 at $20 per hour. As you help the finances of the project to grow (and if a good working relationship develops) you will have the opportunity to earn more. On top of the hourly rate, you may receive a portion of any surplus from a shared pool, with your percentage based on your number of hours relative to the rest of the team. Your potential percentage will be finalized at the beginning of each contract month.
This work will be mostly in person. We meet at the Central Library for now, as there are no company-owned premises. You must be able to travel within Calgary. There will be some independent work that can be done remotely.
Thanks for your interest in this project! However, only those selected for interview will be contacted.
